This research project focused is on helping students develop a better understanding of and facility with TWO aspects of academic and professional writing: 1. writing as inherently social & rhetorical: not assignment driven or "correct," but purposeful and choice driven based on purpose, audience, context, and medium; and 2. GenAI as a tool to use effectively and critically for individual learning and development and human benefit, not as a "short-cut" to simply get things done.
