BIO

I am an Assistant Teaching Professor of Organizational Behavior and Theory at the Tepper School of Business.

 

My research interests include employee self-regulation in organizations, career management, and employment relationships. My research has been featured in the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Group & Organization Management, Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, Journal of Managerial Psychology, and Computers in Human Behavior among others.

I teach the courses of Organizational Behavior (70-311), Managing Across Cultures (70-342), and Team Dynamics and Leadership (70-341 and 88-341).

I also serve on the Editorial Boards of the Journal of Organizational Behavior and the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology.

Currently, I am the Guest Editor for the Special Issue: Toxicity in Organizations: New Directions in Conceptualization, Causes, Development, and Interventions at the Journal of Occupational Organizational Psychology (JOOP) along with Lisa van der Werff (Dublin City University), Rosalind Searle (University of Glasgow), Helena Cooper-Thomas (Auckland University of Technology), and Mindy Shoss (University of Central Florida)
