The Academic Forum on Financial Services Culture is a collaborative group comprising business school professors and leaders from financial services firms. Established to promote the development of an agile, adaptable, and ethical future workforce in the financial services industry. This forum provides a platform for identifying challenges related to culture, behavior, and ethics within the industry and developing collaborative solutions to address them. While the forum is sponsored by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, it operates as a private-sector voluntary membership group and is not an official part of the Federal Reserve Bank.
