BIO

I am an Associate Professor with the Robotics Institute and National Robotics Engineering Center (NREC), both part of School of Computer Science, Carnegie Mellon University. I am also an adjunct faculty at the Computer and Information Science department at University of Pennsylvania and a member of the GRASP laboratory. Finally, I'm also a co-founder of TravelWits.com, a site that uses techniques from Artificial Intelligence to find cheaper ways to travel, and a founder of RobotWits aimed at developing advanced planning and decision-making technologies for self-driving vehicles.
