    The United States Army War College (USAWC) Fellowship is a prestigious "Senior Service College" program in which high-achieving Army officers, usually Lieutenant Colonels or Colonels, spend an academic year at top universities, think tanks, or government agencies rather than attending the traditional resident course at Carlisle Barracks. The Fellows program serves as a "broadening assignment" aimed at transforming high-level leaders into strategic thinkers capable of operating in complex, civilian-heavy environments

    An annual summer project management & presentation delivery seminar for 20+ students and 5+ projects, with additional advisory during their IT Lab program experience. The seminar is delivered to the students in the IT Lab program during the early part of the program, to prepare them to begin working on the projects in June, with a final presentation delivery in August.
