BIO

Dr Rulke is a Distinguished Service Professor at Tepper School of Business, an international bestselling author, and a committee member at Fulbright Scholarship.  She is a winner of Academy of Management Best Paper Award and Athena40 Women's Award in 2024.  Her research examines knowledge creation, innovation, group and organizational learning.  Dr Rulke has been interviewed and featured by New York Times, FORTUNE, Reuters, Associated Press, USA Today, Bloomberg, NPR, Financial Times, BBC, Sky TV,  The Telegraph, The Guardian, The Times, Sunday Times, 3Sat TV Deutchland, W Magazine, Le Monde, El Pais, Sydney Morning Herald, Toronto Star, San Fransisco Chronical, LA Times and South China Morning Post.

Dr Rulke has been a keynote speaker at events, conferences and festivals in the US, the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia.  Her books have been translated into over 20 languages and published in 28 countries.  She regularly appears in internatioanl media such as BBC, ITV, Sky News, and TV24 France,  She has written for Financial Times, Times and Sunday Times, and Condé Nast Traveller.  

 

Dr Rulke holds a Ph.D. and a MSc in Organizational Behavior and Theory from Carnegie Mellon University, and a BA in Psychology from Peking University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
