BIO

I'm an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business. I am interested in quantitative marketing and empirical industrial organization. Recently, my research is in the areas of salesforce management (how to design job task allocation, pricing discretion and incentives of salespeople) and online reviews (how to effectively measure customer satisfaction from online reviews).

I received my Ph.D. in Marketing from Yale School of Management and B.B.A. and M.S. from Seoul National University, and I previously worked at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
