Michael Alleruzzo

Michael’s teaching experience includes 24+ years in higher education as a full-time (16 years) and part-time (7+ years) non-tenure track faculty instructor. He has extensive experience creating and teaching courses in management, OB, leadership, and their sub-disciplines at the Associate, Bachelor, and Master levels - onsite and online. 

In his roles as an analyst, operations manager, and corporate trainer, Michael used his communication, leadership, and organization management skills to lead teams to operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction, including creation and execution of training and development programs.

In addition to his university teaching, Michael currently teaches courses with the American Management Association. He is a certified leadership coach and has consulted for a number of clients on leadership development, process improvement, and customer service. These have included global corporations, higher education institutions, not-for-profit businesses, and small business ventures.
