Improv for Business, PNC Innovate Program - Designed and delivered a four hour executive education workshop for the PNC Innovate Program focused on disciplined improvisation and real time leadership communication. Participants practiced clarifying intention, responding in the moment, influencing conversations toward resolution, and strengthening presence, assertiveness, and deep listening under real world constraints.

Gain Confidence Pitching – A dynamic workshop at the Graduate Entrepreneurship Club's "Hack a Start Up" event, led by Professor David Charles Goyette. This session introduced participants to acting techniques that enhance confidence, poise, and executive presence in pitching scenarios. Through vocal and physical warm-ups, articulation exercises, and interactive practice with real-world pitch lines, attendees learned to project their ideas with clarity, authenticity, and impact. Welcome Weekend Closing Reception 2025 - Every year Tepper welcomes more than 100 admitted MBA students and their partners to campus to learn more about what they can expect as a Tepper student. As members of the Tepper School community, we play a vital role in helping to obtain and retain the students admitted for the upcoming academic year, and the potential students are particularly eager to meet our faculty to learn more about the educational environment they will join. “Executive Presence” Instructor - This workshop equips participants with acting-based tools to enhance their executive presence and influence in professional environments. Through physical, vocal, and inter-personal skill-building, participants develop flexibility, vocal clarity, breath control, and focus. The session emphasizes the practical application of the communication tool "action," empowering participants to project confidence and authenticity in high-stakes situations. Through Tepper's Executive Education office, I participated as a workshop instructor on RSM's Eminence Program. The goal of the EMINENCE: Acting for Business program is to build upon existing skills and prepare participants to create and deliver presentations that exude confidence, clarity, energy, interactivity and entertainment for various public audiences, and to be effective ambassadors for their company. This experiential program focuses on how a leader can influence listeners’ perceptions and express thoughts more effectively. It introduces participants to the goals of Assertiveness, Confidence and Expressiveness. It challenges participants to take risks and "get out of themselves;" to think more flexibly and expand their comfort zones when communicating in public; to more effectively focus their communications; and to invest in empathy toward becoming more focused and personally-connected leaders. The program will use hands-on exercises to foster focus and listening skills; recognize and develop basic elements of storytelling; and encourage participants to overcome inhibitions when communicating publicly. Faculty Lunch Series - MBA Programs This event was an opportunity for students to connect with MBA faculty outside of the classroom. Each session included one faculty member and up to 10 Masters students over a free lunch for open conversations about anything from classes, industry advice, favorite movies/shows, etc.
